Students will be attending Youth For the Nations Camp in Dallas, Texas on the campus of Christ For the Nations on June 27th – July 1st, 2016. Youth For The Nations AWAKENS hearts to freedom and to demonstrate the love & power of God. For over 25 years, YFN has challenged over 100,000 young people to live surrendered lives and give themselves to transforming nations & generations. Our quality facilities, beautiful location, & creative nation games set us apart as we link arms with anointed artists, speakers, & bands to AWAKEN, TRAIN, & RESOURCE.
From the nations games to the night services to the training sessions, everything has one focus- to advance the Gospel of Christ with the power of the Holy Spirit!
Each day at YFN, you can expect to participate in worship, workshops, games and free time. This all builds up to our nightly services — powerful times of seeking the Lord together. The speakers are sincere with a passion for God that will leave no heart unchanged. The worship will lead you into the very depths of God’s being, meeting Him face to Face. Everyone is housed on the Christ for the Nations campus in dorm-style accommodations. You will need to bring your own twin-sized bedding (sleeping bags work best). Room assignments are made upon arrival, and every effort is made to keep campers from the same church together.
EAT
“You can expect a variety of options, such as hamburgers, lasagna, hot dogs and various sides to go with each. There is always an open salad bar with desert and your choice of drink available in a buffet setting.” (If you were at camp last year and you had the blessing of eating at UofH and/or Pine Cove.. this isn’t that… it’s not bad but we have been SPOILED in the past.)
FUN AND NATIONS GAMES
Nation games are played in the afternoon, which include: relay races, pool games, and many other exciting activities. We have an in-door swimming pool available during free time. Life guards will be on duty any time the pool is open. Basketball and volleyball tournaments go on during free time and the water-slide on the field is open to have fun on! During the week, groups will have the opportunity to visit the local waterpark. The cost for the waterpark is included in your registration.
